Tried phoning KMart Whitfords 3 times. Kept on hold for a long time then a message tells me that "There is no one to answer my call" & hangs up!!! Is this what u call customer service?? What a joke
Wow, my shop tonight was humiliating. As I walk out after the young guy scanned my receipt, a older lady yells out" Are you just gonna let her walk out with a trolley" and proceed to walk behind me, I asked "are you talking to me" then she replied no it's was someone else that walked through the back door. Whitfords Kmart humiliates their Aboriginal customer, they use security to wait for their Aboriginal customers to leave the store. It's humiliations and very sad to witness. Very rude staff, did not bother help or check if product was in store. A lady named lily didn’t even make eye contact and just kept stocking product also was giving very rude vague answers. Probably the worst service I’ve had in Australia in 22 years.
