You either get rude workers who ignore you or rude workers who interrogate you and empty out your shopping at the door to prove you’re not a criminal. No in between.
This week I had the pleasure of receiving amazing customer service from Rosa and Jessica at the service desk. Both ladies offered wonderful assistance and service. I am not the best with technology and Rosa was so helpful. Tonight, the development machine broke down through our printing and Jessica was super helpful. I would love for both of these ladies to be acknowledged for their amazing service. It’s been a very long time since I have seen such delightful customer service.
