Staff are usually helpful and friendly, which is why today’s experience stood out. I was in a rush and asked a staff member where I could find plastic thongs. Her response came across as unnecessarily rude, telling me they were in the “bloody shoes section.” I understand everyone has busy days, but the tone and language felt unprofessional. Hopefully this was just a one-off, as I generally have good experiences at this store.

i truly belive some of the staff at this location ar hiding stock for themselves. online they say they have stock for the one piece tcg but the moment you walk into the store they always say the same thing that theres no stock left i dont believe it. because isnt it updated the moment something is purchased.

If your parents or family members speak very limited English, I would strongly advise not letting them shop alone at Wetherill Park Kmart until staff receive better training in handling language barriers. I’m leaving this review to raise a genuine concern and hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else. My mother, who speaks very limited English, visited Wetherill Park Kmart to return bed sheets.
