I want to share my absolute gratitude for a wonderful female staff member Mintaka at the Kmart Westfield store. I was in a massive rush and urgently needed an item that wasn’t currently out on the shelves.Instead of just telling me it was out of stock, Mintaka went completely out of her way to check the back inventory and fetched exactly what I needed from the stockroom floor. TCG SCAM. The staff here back door the entire shipments they get of any pokemon or one piece so it’s doesn’t even go on sale to the public, it’s disgusting.

This was one of the selected Kmart stores that I could order an in-store transfer for click and collect via onepass for my selected items. Despite the estimated timeframe for one of the items being transferred passing (1.5 weeks), the status was never updated as ready. I eventually got an automated refund on the partial order that was ready for collection despite the original instructions that I could choose to wait until the full order (all items) were ready for collection. I love Kmart. Items are usually at great prices and the quality is usually better than from competitor retailers or cheap online stores like Ebay or Aliexpress. Unlike many brick and mortar stores, you don't have to wait for a sale before you can without being ripped off, Kmart normal prices are good and sales are uncommon enough that you don't feel like you have to wait.
