Terrible customer service, grossly arrogant girl in the Service Desk and the other girl that was supposed to help out literally turned around and walked off without explanation because her shift was ending, bloody ridiculous, and she kept us waiting until we saw her leaving, you guys are an ABSOLUTE JOKE
I made a special trip to Bondi Junction Kmart for a click and collect but it was not on store system even though the order went through and could be seen I my app. Instead of the manager following up the issue she gave me an incorrect 1800 number to call and said it was an online problem not the store. Frankly that is lazy and I don’t give a crap about the customer response.
