I have lost count of the amount of times I have ordered online items from this store, only to be told via email that they are no longer available when they state that they are in stock. So disappointing on so many levels! Maybe don't advertise things that aren't available because I for one am over the constant disappointment.
Broken auto tellers and overworked staff. Cashiers and floor staff are helpful, stressed out, and from observation poorly supported. Long wait times despite customer lull because the self service machines were needing constant attention. I suggest ditching the broken robots and replacing the trolley fleet that seems to have expired some time in the 90s.
