Waiting at the checkout today, Friday, 10 customers in line waiting to be served, 1 checkout operator only, who stated they have a shortage of staff today and noone would respond if she called. How about putting staff on the checkouts when it's busy, rather than have staff members walking around the store chatting?
When we have to do our own checkouts and the line has over 50 people waiting, put some staff on the middle check outs!! Ridiculous you make us line up to make you money. Esp for those poor folk who only have one item.
i went here to by some baby clothes for a puppy photo shoot i have coming up, i had asked a worker what clothes they would recommend for the shoot and they verbally laughed at me i asked for her mane but she rufused to give it i later heard from another staff member that her name was sarah so not sure who this is but not good, hoping for a better result the next time i go
Very poor customer service. I need assistance to find the size and the team member did come to help. She then told me that the size was available and she will get it for me from stock. I waited for about 20 minutes with no sign of the staff member. I then went to the front to ask to find what is going on. I was told that no team members are available and the team member who was helping me is on her break. Required to wait another 15-20 minutes for another member to cone and assist.
