One of the most disappointing Kmarts I’ve ever been to, no trollies ever & explanation is that a contractor does them, nothing to do with the store, if you ever get one its old & dodgy, not enough staff & doesn’t stock all lines, first time a Kmart has disappointed do better guys & your customer service could do with a improvement Update a year later, seem to have fixed some of their issues so upgrading to 3 star review

Went in today to get a refund on some goods and was told everything was fine. I noticed after I left the store the money hadn't been immediately refunded to my account. I have had no response from kmart about the matter. Was told by the bank it may take 2 or 3 days to process as it is currently pending. If we pay immediately for goods that is exactly how the refund should be. 😡
Worst online delivery. You buy it they smash it. Then drive you crazy trying to get a refund. Instore no people to serve. 20 min wait and double charged
Absolutely appalling customer service today. I asked the young woman for assistance to find a product and she couldn't be bothered helping me, even after showing her the product on my phone. I had to ask another employee who was able to find the product for me after looking up the code.
