This is a personal review for Michelle in the Photo lab area. I needed help arranging a variety of purchased and prints for a wedding. Michelle had a great personality, exceptional customer service and upsold. I would say if SHE hadnt helped me, I may have waited and went Kmart in Hobart. My experience with another staff member was dismissive and of disinterest. Well done Michelle!
