Disappointing customer service experience at Kmart I had a very unpleasant experience when requesting an exchange/refund. Store will be closed at 10PM, NOW is 8:40PM, they closed fitting rooms and turned off the light at clothes area. Staff there was so attitude and she also was using earphones during working time.
Trying on a shirt near the closed fitting room counter and this younger wide blonde employee says “Ummm you can’t be behind our counter” and I explain I’ve just got to try a shirt before I buy it and it’s the only space that I won’t be caught with a public indecency charge (it was also free and unmanned) and she responds “Well the change rooms are closed and the person who opens it has gone home so….” ?⁇ like help me open the change room hello?
