I recently visited the Warwick store and found that the workers are being treated very poorly. The management should get their stuff sorted out when it comes to making the roster, making sure there’s a decent amount of people at each section. Not just 1-2 people in one zone. This is unacceptable in my opinions and Kmart really needs to look into fixing how they run things
called the store twice this afternoon to see if they had found an item i had lost. on both occassions i was left on hold while waiting for someone to answer. after around three minutes a recorded message told me there was no-one to answer the phone, said good bye to me and the call was then cut off. Poor show Kmart.
Love Kmart at Warwick and have been a long time customer of theirs but...I've been trying to contact them for 2 days with no joy. 10 calls and each time after 5 minutes and 50 seconds received a message saying, "Sorry, noone is available to take your call...good bye". If you haven't got the staff to pick up the phone, at least let it go to message bank!
