I had a disappointing experience at Kmart today in warwick. The duty manager, an Asian lady, was quite rude and lacked basic customer service manners. It's important for staff in leadership roles to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. I hope Kmart provides proper training to ensure better service in the future
I made an online order 15 days ago and then half of it was refunded because it's not in stock. This seems to happen every time I do an online order. The shipping company still hasn't received my parcel and now I'm going back and forth with emails trying to figure out where it is , because I received an email from Kmart stating that it's been shipped from Warwick. So it's lost somewhere in between but very difficult to try and figure out what's happened to it. Ridiculous.
I think they should put thought into copying the other Kmart layouts, the home & womens sections are broken down into multiple parts, makes it harder for people to see everything that there is because you just get lost and confused where it ends and starts
A kind young lady by the name of Aleisha assisted me in finding the hoola hoops. She was very polite and walked me over to the area. She made sure I didn't need help with anything else. Great service aleisha.
I recently went to Kmart Warwick, and was having trouble finding a specific LEGO set. This very kind worker named Aleisha helped me search for the set I wanted. We need more employees like this! Good work Aleisha :)
