This Kmart WM has the worst returns policy since the dawn of man. I walked in with good health ready to return a perfectly legit product, and walked out with herpez when it was rejected by a rude zombified corpse. Avoid this Kmart at all costs. Skol.
Why do you use Get It Fast as your “same-day” delivery provider? They are terrible and there’s plenty of one star reviews online to prove that. It’s been a week - still no delivery, NO TRACKING LINKS, no phone customer service. Find a new provider!
This Kmart has always been great.... UNTIL, I was buying a present for my 10 year old sons birthday, I went to purchase the item at the register, everything was going great, I got my change, then I realised the machine didn't give me a receipt, I thought to myself "it's okay I will just inform the lady who is checking the receipts that I didn't get one", little did I know this would lead to bigger issues.
