Absolutely disgusting service from the older lady on tonight pushing a square trolley of put back goods. She is a danger to your workplace as she is the type of team member that would put her feelings first in a wrong situation instead of following protocol. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Can’t believe how RUDE the evening LADY SHIFT MANAGER was! Totally DISRESPECTFUL and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such behaviour in Australia. All this happened just because the fitting room was closed at 7 PM.
