went here tonight (30/6) at around 7:15pm lady monitoring the front and scanning receipts was lovely to every other person we saw leaving and entering - except for my partner and I. we had 2 young girls in front of us as we were leaving. she greeted them with a friendly “hello girls” and “that’s all good, have a good night” as she scanned both of their receipts. I would just like to say that this afternoon around 5:30 pm on the 25 June 2025 I drove to Kmart Waratah to get some warm clothes for my elderly blind mum. I needed a warm jacket and a warm dressing gown. Shocking
Disgusting behaviour seen tonight. Two female older staff members laughing at a customer because of their personal choices. They were laughing and mocking a cross dresser. Will not be visiting this store ever again. Not the best Kmart store to exist but that was appalling behaviour. Why not just treat people with kindness, because you know, they’re people, and they did nothing to hurt you. It’s bullying that leaves scars more than some people realise. I hope the person didn’t notice your immature behaviour, for their sake.
