Occssionaly i go to kmart vic point just to buy hotwheels to de stress, i was told by a kmart staff i could not purchase the product as they havent tagged everything with the new stocks with hot wheels. Disappointed and left without buying any products from kmart vic point instead.

Absolutely disgusting how i was spoken to by management staff Abbey today. Not the first time this particular manager has spoken to me with disrespect. I have also witnessed on many occasions the way she speaks to other customers and even her own staff. I will be emailing to higher management details of these experiences.
