I heard this Kmart  store has a staff member that fights w customers, it’s not a war zone is it?  Last time I I was there ,there were beautiful people in shops adding to our holiday making it memorable, I don’t think we’ll bother to go back there in the future  to shop whilst on holidays.

If you have to return something due to a safety recall, do not accept anything but the full price, even if you have to quote Kmart's return policy to them because even the on-duty manager/supervisor doesn't know it. Absolute disgusting attitude and service by Kmart. Stand your ground people. Kmart Devonport, you should be ashamed of the manager/supervisor we had to deal with. She was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and non-apologetic when it was proven she was wrong.

A female worker Amara, at returns section on weekends is extremely rude and indignant towards customers threatening them. She confiscated a client's credit card and began intimidating and harassing her telling her to get out, making false allegations of being disrespectful, when she herself was at fault as she could not identify the kmart product and began lying and making excuses, that the eftpos machine was broken??? delaying the customer's qued up at the returns. Yesterday I was in your Berri store. Asked the very kind and helpful girl at the desk, where I would find a pillow protector. I was very impressed she took me straight to it 👏👏 Very helpful. Looking at my receipt no name. If was @ 17.02. Thank you so much. "I will be back" Keep up your excellent customer service.

If I could rate lower I would. I went in to exchange a pair of shorts I recieved as a gift as they were too small. They did not have other sizes so I wanted to buy another pair of short and a t shirt and pay the difference. I did not enjoy my experience at this kmart. The young lady with red hair was not helpful at all and did not help me find my way around. She was very rude and acting very odd. Next time i go i hope to not see her around. I wish i got her name but she was tall and had red hair.

Kmart highpoint is the worst place to come all working with the baby kids unprofessional. They need to have grow up first before they work there if you say two or three words they will say you’re to us to us. You need to leave because they know they’ve and they are a shame of it to fix it. How can you give Someone a voucher on the purchase with the card and have the receipt and have the same bank card, she didn’t just printed out a voucher and she can’t change it.
