Management should be ashamed. The store is dirty and in a total disarray. Ladies underwear (bras and knickers) is all over the floor, trying to find a size to suit oneself is impossible, nothing is displayed in order of size or style, they are all over the place, garments are being stepped on, gathering dust and dirt from the floor, which I doubt has been cleaned in months, no-one has made any effort to clean up or make the entire area respectable. Prob the worst Kmart around. They will have you wait 20 mins to collect click and collect and then send another person over to start process again. Dont recommend - would have been quicker to drive to Elanora.

Stock and prices are good but unfortunately, the floor is very unhygienic with dust and rubbish at least up to my ankles. Hopefully, the health department will inspect the store and close it until basic hygiene standards are met. I can't risk my family's health visiting K Mart at Tweed City anymore. I am also concerned that the air-conditioning in the store may be a breeding ground for deadly microbes.
