Overall it’s fine, but I got accused of shoplifting because I didn’t have a receipt. I used the self checkout and there was no option to get one, and the staff member at the registers didn’t tell me I needed one. The lady at the door took my items ($55 worth!!) and said I was “obviously trying to walk out without paying”. Probably one of the worst Kmart's around. Did a click and collect for four items (all showed availability in this store), only to receive an email and refund for all items as none were available. Just wondering if the items were in the wrong area and couldn't be found or they were stolen and stock wasn't updated? Either way, pretty poor for such a large shop.
Buyer beware! Store policy is harsh. My wife and I went to KMart Tuggeranong to exchange some items purchased as Christmas presents for family members, in particular men’s underpants and men’s cargo shorts. The young man named Liam immediately told us it was store policy they do not accept return or exchange of men’s underwear due to hygiene issues.
