It would have been helpful if you contacted me to advise why the main item I purchased was being refunded. This would have given me the opportunity to not take the accessories and request a refund on those too. Instead, I received a notification about a refund and received the accessory which will cost me more in petrol and time to return. Sort out your internal processes!!!

Got served by the most helpful young person when travelling down the east coast. Went the extra mile to make sure the ceramic cookie jar was wrapped safely for the rest of our journey.

Alright. Here’s the cleaner, more professional version that still calls it out clearly, keeps your authority, and avoids it turning into a personal attack while still holding standards. --- Customer service matters I’ve had two interactions in the last week with the staff member positioned at the front door of Kmart, and both experiences were disappointing.
