This morning my mum and I were assisted at the service desk by Chloe. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and the service she provided us was exceptional
It would have been helpful if you contacted me to advise why the main item I purchased was being refunded. This would have given me the opportunity to not take the accessories and request a refund on those too. Instead, I received a notification about a refund and received the accessory which will cost me more in petrol and time to return. Sort out your internal processes!!!

Every time I have visited this store I have had a positive experience, from the wonderful staff on the entry door (special mention of the goth girl Cass with purple / pink hair, I love her style!) to the checkout staff. Prices are low, presentation is great. I completely understand how hard it is working in retail, coming from a management background, but the team at Tuggerah do a great job in such a busy store and deserve praise.
