Oh my god the lazy door lady at this Kmart do not even let us in even though it was 15 minutes to end of closing I can't believe this place got even one star from me absolutely disgusting my business is going somewhere else downstairs probably at the Target

Worst service ever I’m never going back again, had to wait 1 hour for the service. The Photo printer was completely disfunctional and the service lady, Jordan was extremely horrible, who let other people go first even though we asked for help first, There was also only one person at the service desk and it was so ridiculous and even the people inside the office knew that it was peak hour (after 5:00) but they didn’t care. and even the person who scans the recipts when you go out agreed about his staff being horrible and said... read more
I have visited a couple of times recently. Staff were friendly which is always a good thing to see. It was neat and tidy - some Kmarts I have been too are an absolute mess! So I appreciate when things are all in order and shelves are neatly stocked.
Severly messed around with a click and collect and then when i tried to call i was waiting hours for someone to answer.
