Had a blonde kid serving us at register today, who made shocking remarks and clearly looked he didn’t want to be there. Seems like it didn’t matter that we were his customers. True reflection of service quality or young generation these days?
A big shout out to Tahlia at the service desk. In spite of being the only staff attending to returns, click and collect, photo prints and other queries; she was very professional, courteous, efficient and patient. Thanks for helping me sort out the issues with my canvas prints.
Store is so organised clean staff are so friendly can’t find anything on floor so clean compared Ashfield is not friendly staff on the floor doesn’t help to find product they are busy talking to another staff smelling I am so happy to come at top Ryde store I tell people to go top Ryde Kmart because they have anything you want and they are helpful staff excellent store

Today at the self-service checkout, the register beeped for assistance. I waved to the lady at the customer service desk (mid-40s to 50s) who was pretending not to notice. She eventually came over — no greeting, no smile, not even eye contact — just attitude. The item that needed attention was a pair of shoes with a security tag.
