Hit and miss with the staff but mainly miss sadly. Majority are literal children running the place and have no clue how to speak to people or help customers. Not to mention they never have a lot in stock. Never going back
Stock was a bit mixed up in one or two sections. We had a great time shopping here as it closed later than the other shops. For last minute party decor, this place was great!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I visited this branch this morning to buy Pokemon cards. The workers at the service desk this morning at 8am were super rude, talking badly about us despite our abiding by the per person limit. They attempted to stop us from purchasing products so one of their regular customers could purchase it. Furthermore, they encouraged this regular customer’s verbal abuse of us. Honestly, really unprofessional and should consider visiting other Kmarts.
I have ordered a 4kg kettle ball via click and collect. The ball was dirty with dark dirt, stains and scratch marks all over the handle, the sides and especially the bottom. It looks like it was sitting on the floor and used (2nd hand). It took me 15 mins to wipe clean but not completely, the marks still remain. Though it is on discount $10 (normally $15) but I don’t expect it came in this dirty and “used” form. V disappointed. It is a bad experience and tarnish my high regards for Kmart.
