Good service
Extremely disappointing and one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had at the Kmart customer service desk with staff member Sam. From the start, Sam was dismissive and abrupt when I approached with my return. He insisted it wasn't allowed, despite me showing the official Kmart returns policy on my phone that clearly permitted it. Shop is a mess, not a great layout, hard to find things and welcome guy that's on now (11.20am Friday 6th February) was very rude to a lady that was leaving who opened her bag for proof of purchase, there's no need to talk rudely and loudly about customers to other customers. Not only did I find that rude but I also found it unprofessional.
Last night I had the pleasure of being helped by Rose, I was looking for an outfit for a friend’s birthday and Rose gave me some amazing suggestions. She was so lovely to talk to, I would love to see her energy and kindness around the store more.
