Looked and looked for what I wanted and which I knew was in stock. Asked a staff member if he knew where they were. He just told me to look where I had already looked, and when I mentioned I had, told me to look somewhere I knew they weren’t, care factor zero. Didn’t find it, went home. Surely even Kmart can provide some service. Shelves are always terribly disorganised, perhaps they need to put on more staff.

The past 3 items i have bought from kmart have all been faulty. And every flat pack has dodgy instruction that refer to pieces being numbered or lettered yet nothing has the actual letter sticker on the pieces you need. I have bought flat packs that are missing pieces straight out of the box or lamps that literally do not work as soon as you buy them.. extremely disappointed with the quality of kmarts products. It really has gone down hill...
Started a new gold coin requirement to get a trolley outside the store. Did not provide any way to get your coin back in the carpark, and so just added $1-2 to the shopping bill!
