Still do not like the counter in the middle of the store.
Manager is very rude and unconsiderate and does not know basic consumer law and only agreed to procces refund after calling consumer affairs victoria for them to explain.
Really disappointed to be writing this but I am really lost for words about my interaction with two staff today at Kmart Templestowe. This is my local store and I shop here regularly. Today I went in to pick up a click and collect order. I made the order at 8am and went into the store just before midday. I was met with quite a disengaged staff member who unwilling to help me the moment I began talking.
