Went in excited to shop the Christmas collection. There were only a couple things out. All other stores have the full collection out 😞😞😞😞
I bought a coaxial cable 30 minutes ago, but when I went home I found it wasn’t suitable and tried to return it. Kmart refused to process the return because I lost the receipt. Even though I had the bank transaction record and exact purchase time, they were unwilling to help me locate my purchase in their system, and they don’t provide an electronic receipt. In other stores, such as Bunnings, if the same situation happens, they can always find my receipt from their system. This feels very unfair for consumer protection.
Still do not like the counter in the middle of the store.
Manager is very rude and unconsiderate and does not know basic consumer law and only agreed to procces refund after calling consumer affairs victoria for them to explain.
