Was in line for Pokemon cards only to get my line cut by a bunch of scalpers only for manager to say that the limits per person is 5. Obviously got cleaned out by the time it was my turn. Absolutely horrendous. Manager named Marijan claimed that limits are 5 of each product per person when all other kmarts are 1. Photo shared from discord group of those hooligans. Well done Kmart. Thanks for selling them with a staff discount as well to a bunch of unemployed kids. That'll teach them!
Keep watch of your online refunds and keep your receipts because its been over 1 month and I still haven't seen these refunds in my account. I'm dealing with customer service now. Completely lost trust in their system now and I'm a huge Kmart shopper. Its very disappointing.
Rocked up to buy pokemon cards on 28/05/25. Staff said they aren't able to sell it to me even though its displayed as "ready for shelf" and miraculously sold all of them to a single guy the next day. Just say that you're holding it for insider trade and dont waste my time
