Unbelievable customer service. Staff just disinterested to help. Was trying to buy some heavy stuff which couldn't be taken by hand needed a trolley and surprisingly no one among all of the staff had trolley key. Was asked to go to Aldi for trolley......

I purchased a phone mount that was missing a part and unable to hold my phone securely. I contacted customer service within an hour to request an exchange for a better model, but was told the packaging was “clear” and the product couldn’t be exchanged. When I asked how packaging reflects product quality, I received no explanation and said they can't replace or offer better model

Went to this store recently looking for fleece lined leggings in the active wear section. Found a pair but in the wrong size. Asked a staff member in that section if she could scan barcode to see if they had more sizes but she didn't have a scanner. Offered no assistance. My sister and I spent at least 30 minutes searching through the extremely messy and disorganised racks without success even though a staff member at the fitting room confirmed they did have the size we required.
