The staff here is very rude don’t even no basics how to behave with customers
Very poor costumer service. Went in to grab an Order. An employee was there she was taking care of another customer hence I decided to ring the bell hoping some else would serve me because I was in a hurry. In return I was told “don’t press the button when you can see I’m standing right here” I told her I was in a hurry, and she’s replied with “you can be patient”. Not sure why she was not in the mood but it totally blew it for me. Don’t come to work if you’re going to be rude especially when it’s your job.
Unbelievable customer service. Staff just disinterested to help. Was trying to buy some heavy stuff which couldn't be taken by hand needed a trolley and surprisingly no one among all of the staff had trolley key. Was asked to go to Aldi for trolley......
