I’ve been going here for 40 years and always such a great experience. Not anymore. The new design and layout is disorganised and messy. No room to move. Good luck getting stroller through the front door. The checkouts are non existent of any humans or customer service. May as well shop online direct with Temu and others from now on. Such a shame. So disappointing.
They mislead people and make a false advertising of product availability. Took me long enough to visit the store and when i ask for the product, they simply say not available. Worst store.
