Can't even update their opening hours to reflect the renovations they are currently doing, poor effort from a multi-million dollar company, just wasted time, petrol, and energy to go to a shop that states it is open but is actually closed.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Indiana in both the camera and photo sections. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and guiding me through everything with genuine care. Her professionalism and friendly nature made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking her out if you need help — she truly went above and beyond!
Certainly an experience every time I come here 🤣 The staff have never been rude or impolite, and the customer service is okay. Open 24hrs and very big. The shoe section, cosmetic section and women's clothes are always overflowing - but the surrounding stores and diversity of products is always okay. Free parking!!!
I truly don’t get it, everytime I come here, literally ANY time of the week and it’s always guaranteed short staffed. ??? This place is always packed so why is there one girl helping a line that stretches to the back? Are customers not number 1 priority here? Come on now. ITS SURELY NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO AMEND! I don’t know what management here hates more, the stranded workers or us customers.
