Elderly lady at the counter was extremely rude, wasn’t offered a bag. Asked for one as all my stuff had spilled all over the counter, told me 15c, went to pay with card, she then huffed n puffed about me paying via eftpos and turned around to serve the next customer. Wasnt asking much for something usually offered prior to purchase….especially with multiple small items.
Under new management has changed the store. It's now clean and tidy and service is A1.
Good size and friendly staff, only one thing, where is the shopping Carters for this shop? If you are after some big item, try to bring your own trolley as I never say one.
My friend was trying to record a product thing and they told my friend Off Because they thought we were recording the staff even though we weren’t and my friend came over to me nearly crying and the person who told her Cameron in the corner and she yelled at me too And they said go and tell your friends this too and stuff but let alone they didn’t know we were autistic and we had ADHD I was legit scared. I really like this Kmart. The shop is small but has many good things. The prices are cheap and there are lots of home items, clothes, and toys. It’s easy to park here and not too busy. Good place to shop if you don’t want to drive to a big town. Very handy for locals.
