Way way way understaffed, blocked everywhere, crazily messy
I never thought a simple Saturday morning visit to my local Kmart could turn into such a frustrating ordeal. I went in to buy a $25 Roblox gift card for a birthday party, paid at the counter, and immediately noticed that the PIN had already been fully scratched off and exposed before I even left the register.
