No customer service at all
I went to return two items include a clothes hanger tonight,the manager saw the clear tape on the box and said, 'That tape isn’t ours,check if anything was missing!’ Excuse me?!!!I haven’t even touched the box, and who knows if that tape was slapped on there by the last returnee or one of your staffs? She made me really uncomfortable! I’m definitely not coming back to this store ever again, it’s just plain gross!
We purchased a coat yesterday and didn't notice that there was a security tag on it. Today, we visited Kmart again, explained the situation, and asked the lady standing at the door for assistance. She said she had to keep our coat until we brought the receipt to her. While it's reasonable to request the receipt for verification, she insisted that we remove our coat as if we had stolen it from the store. Absolutely appalled by the customer service at the dressing rooms today from an older lady staff member around 12:30, I walked in with three items of clothing, she asked how many I had i told her and clearly showed her the three items, she then proceeded to not believe what i just showed her then told me to hold them out AND THEN told me to give them to her for some unknown reason, she proceeded to count them very slowly and then reluctantly passed them back to me.
