The only reason I drove out this way was to purchase a specific item. When collecting the item in store, thankfully I checked the item, and found it was not the item I had purchased. The staff member told me I could not have a refund or exchange organised until I received an email advising the item had been collected.

We paid for express delivery. Were given a time for delivery, the courier arrived 7 hours after the delivery time and then left with the parcel (without even calling our unit number of the apartment building). They said there wasn’t a safe place to leave the package when we gave clear instructions. I understand having logistical issues however if you’re aware that your couriers won’t deliver in a timeframe might be a good idea to set lower expectations for your customers. Marketing 101
Young man who greeted me as I came in made certain to let me know that he would be avail to me if I needed any help. I didn’t need help but I heard him go out of his way to REALLY help other customers. As I was leaving he checked my docket , mentioned flybuys and gave me a good tip to keep the docket under the microwave . He taught me something too.
