You call k mart the answering service says someone will be available to take your call, you are on hold for over 5 minutes then a msg says no one is available what the hell? Talk about lack of customer service.
Was ushered out by a staff member named Chris...I actually work in the centre myself...refused to help me...if you hate your job so much move on. An never find help, and is run by untrained children, how are you supposed to get any help at all...I than proceeded to the service desk as I know myself they can check a balance on a gift card thT I purchased from kmart, that staff member actually helped me whilst stating all Chris does is winges Bout customers and staff.....I think you need a new job......
Thankyou to the 2 clickandcollect area service divas who got me beanbag filler today, ik that the backfill is usually full with stocked cages being run around the time of the day i came in so appreciate that yall still checked for more stock for me and literally hand delivered it. Love uuuuu!!!!
Go back to having staff monitor each section. This store is so disorganised.
