I’ve been searching all day today to find these specific pink and red bauble sets, I had been to 5 other Kmarts and turned away by most staff. Today a staff member named Ellie showed me such kindness and compassion, explained she definitely saw some earlier out the back, and what I could imagine was difficult to get to, she not only brought out 2 tubs of them, but happily grabbed one more. Horrible bad service !!! Won’t back again !!! The manager Jon double charge my payment and I have to go to the service center waiting more than 30 min , bad service manager
Went there today to exchange a faulty item.. staff were very very rude esp those at rhe service desk.. absolutely terrible the way the spoke to me when item was only a few days old.. would not reccomend this store at all
Staff can’t be bothered to check items or find it from a different shop not even busy so disappointed
