Horrible customer service. On the 8/09/2025 at 5:56PM The only young blonde lady working at the self-checkouts. I don’t have my contacts lens or glasses, I couldn’t see from a far distance. I walked over to a register very far, and she said to me “See how it’s NOT on??”, I hesitate and apologises “Oh sorry!” as I walk back in line, she says to me “Hm. Yeah. Get back in line” with the nastiest attitude.
I would like to commend & applaud the OUTSTANDING customer service from Leanne working in the returns / layby / photo lab / click & collect section - exactly! there is a lot she takes care off but then you have to deal with the rudest elderly lady that just came in demanding a refund without a receipt, Leanne was professional, calm & kind in explaining the refund / returns policy, this customer kept speaking over the top of Leanne rattling off going to A Curent Affair,BLAH!
