The online ordering and click and collect process in a joke. I'm unsure of the legality of it, but something seems suss about charging the full amount of an order only to refund "out of stock" items days later. And the whole partial collection process is another debacle - still waiting over a week for the second half of my order which was made using the "order before 12pm for same day click & collect". What's even the point of having that as an option if it's not do-able? I'm over Kmart, their growing prices no longer reflec... read more
