Completed a click and collect order and was notified that several items were not in stock. Went in store to amend the order and was served by a rude customer service representative who couldn’t care less about my issue. Went for a walk through the store and located 5/6 items that were listed OUT OF STOCK. Useless staff that just don’t care
Was in this store this morning, stock trolleys blocking aisles, racks blocking aisles, absolute mess everywhere, will not visit this store again, left in disgust without spending a cent
