I honestly can’t understand how someone can be this rude when I was only trying to ask a simple question. Today(06/12/2025) I arrived right at closing time(8:02) without realizing it, saw the shutters going down, and even stepped back to avoid bothering anyone. Leaving this review as this is extremely frustrating every single time I call this store with out failure I can never get through. I’m on hold waiting for about 10 minutes about half way through the automated Kmart message cuts off and appears someone picks up the phone and just places it back on hold. And after almost 10 minutes of waiting it says no one is available to take your call and hangs up. This has happened to me countless times now mainly at this specific store. I came by yesterday around 2:30 to 4pm I cannt remember the exact time but this girl named arpan was working and had a difficlt lady she was chashing out at the registers the lady was on a wheelchair and holding everyone else up but arpan demonstrated extreme patience and resilancr during this moment, i come to this kmart often and havent seen her around but i would love to see more employees like that around as most of ypur emoplpyees are rude and have no patciences, like the gir next to arpan on registers had brown hair an... read more
