Really poor customer service. Kmart do not sell coin token so you can use there trolleys we had spoken to one of the employees up the front and he said you can get cash out so I went back to the register to ask if I could get cash out I could not get cash out as I only had my card on my phone so I then had asked the cashier if there is anything you could do to help as I have a 10 month old baby and a permanent leg injury and I could not carry this item they said it was not there problem I would have to go somewhere else as I... read more
Always short staffed, hard to find anyone to ask even a simple question.
Did what we suppose to be instant print at a quiet time, the printer couldn’t even print one photo went to the staff and they refused to help service desk 10 mins wait for the staff to set just do it again and do pay at counter took over 20 mins over all for one instant print
“Absolutely disgusting service at Kmart. If you forget your $1 coin, they won’t provide a token for the trolley—and the staff’s attitude is just as bad. Rude and unhelpful. Really disappointing experience.” And you have to provide physical cars for cash out wtf
