Very disappointing experience with a staff member named RHONDA at the self-checkout area. Prior to coming to the store, we called ahead to confirm that an item was in stock, as the website also indicated it was available. When we asked Rhonda for assistance locating the item, she immediately told us there was no stock available. Extremely slow checkout process. The lady meant to be helping people use the self-checkout is too busy having 15 minute conversations with people to focus on actually doing her job
I've had to go to Officeworks for Photos online as Kmart Pics online does not accept AMEX as payment and Officeworks does. AMEX is accepted in store but not online for pics, so if like me you love to use your AMEX for the kick backs and want to do your pics online go to Officeworks. More an FYI. Cheers
13/1/26 around 2.15pm whoever the lady was working on self checkout, was so rude. Was waiting in line with a trolly full of stuff. She went and served a lady before me then when I walk over she walk away I ask if she could serve me but she just look at me didn’t any thing ask another worker to serve me…. Where is the customer service. She would at least say hold I’ll get someone to serve you. Instead of ignoring me. Very disappointed just ruined my day….
