I went into kmart smithfield yesterday with my kids. We couldnt find what we were looking for. We approached a worker called Kaylah who was very helpfull. She helped us find 2 things we were looking for and was so polite and genuine. She is a credit to herself and her parents. The management of Kmart should use her as their benchmark for customer service. Thankyou Kaylah, keep up the great work. Rick Colebrook
Service is the worst
Penny and Addison were very helpful in showing me where the mens boxers were. They were very jolly and fun to talk to. Thank you Penny and Addison
I wanted the 4 tier shelf. I look on Kmart website, only Kmart in Cairns that says its in stock is the one and only Smithfield. I go make my jolly way into Smithfield Kmart during the cold shivering night, the guy at the entrance was lovely, making me feel welcomed.
