99% of items i wanted didnt have any stock in the sizes i wanted, stock was everywhere and there seemed to be no method to organisation in the toy section! Tiny aisles and its soo busy. I couldnt find the toys i was after so had to go to Target. When I got to the register there was a line at least 20 people long & it wasn't moving so I ended up putting the couple of items i had back and left, such a waste of time & effort. Very disorganised & no staff available for help.
Great store with lots of affordable products and a good range of items for home, clothes, and everyday needs. The store is usually well stocked and easy to walk around. Prices are very good for the quality. It can get quite busy at times and the checkout lines can be a bit long, but overall it’s a great place to shop.
I purchased the wooden floor lamp from Kmart and unfortunately when I got home I discovered that a part was missing. I contacted Kmart Australia customer service and provided photos showing the missing piece. However, they advised that the only solution was to bring the entire lamp back into a store. As I do not live close to a Kmart store, I asked if the missing part could simply be sent to me by mail, but this request was declined.
