I recently had a disappointing experience at the Salamander Bay Kmart. While waiting in line at the service desk, I witnessed a lack of professionalism and respect from the staff. After serving the customer in front of me, the worker at the desk rudely directed me to another register without any explanation. All she did was place a sign on the desk and said go to someone else. Went to Salamander Bay Kmart service desk this morning to exchange a top and was greeted by a rude young lady at the counter. Bad customer service, shouldn’t be there is you don’t want to work. Lady at the check out was so friendly compared to service desk assistant.
