Appalling customer service after checking the website for store times saying closes at 8pm rang got them to hold a product for me. After a 40min drive I arrived to half closed shutters and store personnel saying they are shut this was at 7pm still 1 hour to go from there advertised closing time. A complete waste of the public’s time with false advertisement and incompetence. The situation was handled very poorly. I rate 0 stars

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Salamander Bay Kmart. While waiting in line at the service desk, I witnessed a lack of professionalism and respect from the staff. After serving the customer in front of me, the worker at the desk rudely directed me to another register without any explanation. All she did was place a sign on the desk and said go to someone else.
