A Nice Kmart, great customer service and lots of items to look at
Never buy from Kmart Online! I ordered two Christmas gifts for my kids, but only one arrived, even though the order showed as “delivered.” I called and messaged customer service, but it took ages for them to answer the phone, and they only replied to one of my emails and then stopped responding. It’s such a big company, yet this experience made me feel like I got scammed.
I recently tried to return an self inflatable mattress to Kmart after discovering the dimensions didn’t match the description on the box. The manager I dealt with was dismissive and refused to process the return, even though the product clearly didn’t match what was advertised — which is covered under Australian Consumer Law.
