Nothing wrong with Kmart Roselands Aussie as can be. Staff are excellent
Customers are required to join a 2-hr click and collect program or wait until after 4pm to collect a click and collect order that is in line to be picked first thing in the morning. Frustrating to say the least! Other than that, items are confirmed to be available at Roselands but when you go through the online checkout you're advised that some items can't be collected until they arrive from another store. So Kmart expects customers to make two trips or wait days to pick up items that were supposed to be in store.
Roselands Kmart NEVER have checkouts open. All 6 of them have a CLOSED sign all the time and only have self checkout available. Well sorry, I'm not scanning and packing my overloaded trolley full of stuff. Even when I kindly ask for assistance on the counter I always get told no they're closed. So i leave my full trolley and walk out. And ill keep doing it until i get someone to scan and pack my things. Horrible service. The younger staff also need to learn how to smile and greet customers.
