Absolutely ridiculous and crap experience. Went to buy T-shirts and hollow. Nothing was organised. Everything was all over the place in the end. I couldn’t find the polos. There was no staff members anywhere around that we could ask questions for. 10 minutes looking for a staff member, I finally found someone and let me tell you she was absolutely brilliant. The old lady at click n collect area, is always mad. For no reasons. I asked her last time, when are Pokemon cards coming?, her response was I don't know.... then she like next week. She never happy. I always leave so confused tbh.
