Been a long time shopper! But no more, treatment from staff is very poor, absolutely disgusting treatment at exit from a young man checking my receipts and bags twice and then going as far to empty my pockets and still standing there while hes listening through his ear piece and not explaining why , had my little girl with me and im left absolutely distraught! Cheers!!
I was in dire and desperate need of a pen holder and my hero, Ethan Figredo came to save the day. He walked up and knew exactly what i needed and gave it to me right away with such kindness, it was very heartwarming and made my day. He is an amazing and well trained employee.
Kids stuff here is not much and there will be staff at the gate who checking your bag and scan again your receipt so make sure u got the receipt when check out.
