Kmart online uses a courier called Get it Fast… it is the worst company and an absolute nightmare to deal with. They don’t answer phones, their email replies are robotic and unless you chase them your delivery may not arrive. Expect delays. Get it fast shouldn’t be in operation and Kmart needs to stop using them.
I had a wonderful experience at Kmart thanks to Kylie at the checkout. She noticed straight away that my product was missing a lead, something I would have overlooked. Kylie then took the extra step to check the stock, and when she found there were no replacements available, she spoke with management and offered me a fair price instead.
