Worst customer service from the guy at the service desk. Got told I couldn't get a refund on items missing from a pickup order from this store. Called customer service was refunded instantly and got told they should of refunded me in-store. The store is extremely messy and unorganised with week old drinks and garbage spilt on the floor. Yes the same rubbish was left over a week. Things say out of stock in-store and online but go in and it's all sitting in piles around the store for weeks on end. Store has really went downhill. Customer service is non existent. Rubbish left everywhere for weeks on end. Piles of stock sit around for weeks not accessible to anyone. Used to love Kmart. Oh and don't buy a gift here unless you pay in cash because they will not be able to return it if faulty!!
I would kindley like to send my kind regards to a life changing experience that was encounted by myslef in 2020 when i had the fortune to be guided by the wisdom of one of your potentialy retired employees Harley Jaeger. He is one of the most splended human beings i have ever encountered.
Feral. Rubbish everywhere. Unstocked shelves trolleys left in aisles. Blocking access. Staff unatentive.
Dirty store that doesn’t seem to ever restock common items…
