Many items of many categories for sale at great prices. Good for setting up an apartment. Also casual clothes and shoes.
A few new things at Kmart
Store is well organised and I love their products but unfortunately staff to assist you are virtually non existent these days. Corporate management are obviously trying to make higher profits with less staff but at some point it's going to backfire when people return less often.
Bad customer service on monday 26th Jan at 1:35 at the prints counter, pay for item wait for change to get have a nice day mmm my change thanks then take forever to workout change and hand it over
If you're going to put on new staff during busy periods, maybe train them correctly! Twice, both my husband and I have been stung by the most simple mistake made by incompetent staff members, not paying attention to what they are doing. How hard is it to scan an item just the once, rather than multiple times resulting in overcharging!? Both times, the staff member was queried if the items were scanned correctly; and both times the staff member confirmed they had not doubled up on scanning items, when infact - they had!!
