I was a regular customer in Kmart Portland. But few days ago I really had a bad experience.I went with my 2 year old daughter and my non English speaking mom.My daughter dropped some little chips on the floor and the staff there kept coming to me and my mom telling us to broom it clean it insulting in front of other people there.She was extremely rude to us.After I bought lot of items she was explaining about what happened saying I am not that kind of person bla bla I just told her I want to just pay and leave.First ever rud... read more
Aggressive staff. My Grandaughter brought her puppy into the store carrying her whilst looking for a puppy stroller when she was set upon by an aggressive female staff member demanding if she was an assistance animal. My grand daughter said she was holding her and not letting her walk around. The assistant said that’s not what I asked is she an assistance animal to which my GD replied no.
