"Terrible experience with KMART Port Lincoln. Bought a push bike 3 months ago, and within a month, I had issues with the back tire. Returned the bike, but it's been 7 weeks and still no resolution. The customer service is unhelpful, giving vague answers. Avoid this store at all costs! 1/5 stars"
We visited the store today & greeted the worker at the front area (man) saying hello with no response. He looks like a grandpa, older gentleman. He just looked at like a deer in headlights. Might be time to retire pops!
I bought something here yesterday and asked if I could return it without a receipt. She said returns are not allowed without a receipt and pointed out that the policy was posted on the wall. So far, aside from her firm attitude, it was still acceptable. Then I asked her if I could leave the item with her while I went back inside to shop since I didn’t have a receipt and didn’t want to cause any confusion later.
