This is probably the worst Kmart service in all of Australia. About two years ago, I placed an online order for underwear, and the item was shipped from Kmart Parramatta. The underwear arrived in a transparent bag—yes, a completely transparent bag—and the stains on the underwear were clearly visible. It was unbelievable！！！ I had never experienced anything like this in my life！
