Edited 28Oct25: no one ever answers the phone - which goes to a city number where no one ever answers & after many mts of waiting a voice eventually say no one is available to take your call & hu. So it means you have to go into store & again without resolution. Whatever my previous review said it means nothing if you are repeatedly inconvenienced. Perfect
Click and Collect is a scam. Most of the time the orders get accepted and then refunded after some time saying stock unavailable. So frustrating and unreliable.
Teresa at the checkouts was amazing. Very helpful and patient despite me being a bit tedious. Teresa deserves a raise!
Store opens at 8 but change room doesn’t open until 10. This is not advertised . I will shop somewhere else
