A female worker Amara, at returns section on weekends is extremely rude and indignant towards customers threatening them. She confiscated a client's credit card and began intimidating and harassing her telling her to get out, making false allegations of being disrespectful, when she herself was at fault as she could not identify the kmart product and began lying and making excuses, that the eftpos machine was broken??? delaying the customer's qued up at the returns.
