They never answer their phones. Employees are clueless and rude in store. Seriously needs new employees that actually do their job. Absolutely useless.
the red haired woman on the service desk taking care of returns is extremely rude, leaving snarky remarks every time ive come for a return. she is very unprofessional and makes me feel as though i shouldn’t return something even though i have the right too. she needs training ASAP or a new job.
Long wait for Click & Collect
Kmart Pagewood is such a dirty and untidy store, most Kmart stores are clean and tidy. Not a pleasure to shop there, maybe they should visit Kmart at Erina Fair to see what a Kmart store should look like.
