Shopping at this Kmart is a frustrating experience from the moment you walk through the doors. The store is very poorly designed, with no clear or logical walkways to guide customers through different departments. Avoid this store – unprofessional and dishonest management I was hired in July 2024 as a retail assistant. After receiving my congratulations email and did the paperwork and online procedures and training, I waited for the store manager his name is Hamad, to send me my roster. For a whole month, nothing happened. I called several times, and every time I was told, “Tony will contact you.” He never did. When I went to the store to follow up, Hamad asked who interviewed me. I haven’t had any problems with the customer service in this store until today. I asked a simple question to a staff member, but I was treated quite poorly and received an unhelpful response. If you don’t know where an item is, please just say so instead of trying to make me feel silly and leading me to the wrong section of the store.
