I haven’t had any problems with the customer service in this store until today. I asked a simple question to a staff member, but I was treated quite poorly and received an unhelpful response. If you don’t know where an item is, please just say so instead of trying to make me feel silly and leading me to the wrong section of the store.

I want to thank Darlene who is one of the amazing managers that work there. I called to check if they had any of the new Pokémon cards in, and at the time there wasn’t any. Lo and behold Darlene took the time to call me back to let me know that they just got stock in and would put it aside for me. From my first interaction with her on the phone she was soo lovely and patient! Amazing customer service! And seems to be very respected by her peers! Thank you Darlene you made my day! Due to some quality problems of the Kmart products I bought last Saturday, I went to the customer service desk for a refund. The lady there who’s tall, thick and with the dyed red hair has an impatient and rude attitude. To be honest, her unprofessional handling of the situation makes the refund process unnecessarily long and stressful.
