I bought a 75cm exercise ball from Kmart on 7/2/26 saturday and wanted to exchange it for a 55cm size on 10/2/26 tuesday as it’s better for my height. The box was opened but the ball has never been used. And also the pump for ball i asked staff which pump to buy for ball and they suggest me ,it does not work as well. Store is always cluttered with trolleys of stock, making it difficult to get through aisles. The clothing racks are full of different items, making it hard to find what you're looking for. Shelves are mostly empty. The store is dirty and doesn't have proper, working air conditioning.
It's wild that they've the gall the make their staff work in these stores without air-con. They have half arsed portable air-con units dotted about the store doing absolutely nothing and it's absolutely sweltering in there. As a customer I want to look around but the stagnant heat makes you feel so unwell that I can't stand being in there for more than a few minutes. I can't imagine how the staff get through a shift here. You'd think a 10 billion dollar company could afford to sort something so basic like air-con by 2026.
Kmart Nowra: the air con is still not working. Months now. Really unpleasant. Avoid going in but today I braved it and asked 2 different staff for the item I was looking for, and the shelf was bare. Staff member walked away and I checked again on Kmart website for this store and it still said in stock!!! How many people make a trip to Kmart to find no stock when there should be! Waste of time again.
I went into Kmart Nowra today and it was like walking into a sweat box absolutely atrocious the workers were all sweating and feeling sick from the heat i couldn’t wait to get out of there not a good experience at all….
