Never answer the store phones!!!!! Can NEVER get help, what’s the point in having a phone?! More order was meant to be ready as I ordered before 12pm, still wasn’t ready the next day & saying two days later when my order was meant to be ready the same day. OF COURSE no one ever picks up the phone at the store! Kmart add more staff on!!!!!!!!! Customer service has gone down hill since you cut all staff from stores to save money

Make you go through and check your stuff out manually, get home and a security tag on clothing. Call the store, it puts you on hold then after 7 mins says no one is available. Great Customer Service, no wonder I shop online!
