Worst customer service EVER
My 5 year old says: whenever we come to Kmart it’s always good! 👍
Bad: - Management/staff. Promising Click and Collect ready by 4pm if ordered before noon when they have no capability to do so. I placed my order before 11am. When was it ready? Next day 11:45 am. It was not ready on time and I received no communication whatsoever. Cancelling cannot be done through email, online chat (says 24/7 but it does not open on my mobile phone browser or computer browser) or through the phone with a person. Great experience today, was looking for a stool in the store, approached a lovely young girl who was working around the pets accessories corner. She happily assisted me by going to ttheir storeroom to get my preferred white one. Kudos to her and all the team.
