Great experience today, was looking for a stool in the store, approached a lovely young girl who was working around the pets accessories corner. She happily assisted me by going to ttheir storeroom to get my preferred white one. Kudos to her and all the team.
I want to share a disappointing experience I had at your store. I purchased a plastic bag for 15 cents to carry my items, but the bag was so thin that it ripped immediately after I put my things in. I asked the staff at the self-checkout area for a replacement, but the person told me I had to pay again for a new bag and was quite rude in how she spoke to me. We had the pleasure to be served by Claire on Sunday 08/06/2025 in the customer service department at North Rocks. What an absolute delight to be served by a lovely young lady. 1st when returning and then going above and beyond to try and find a particular Lego set that we were enquiring about.
