Fitting rooms & returns counter chaos. Didnt honour price that was displayed VERY CLEARLY as $15 then sneakily changed the sign as I was leaving. I understand that things get dumped in wrong places, but these were entire lines. Worse Kmart ever, always a nightmare.
Was told today by another collector that there’s a guy working at Kmart North Lakes selling sealed cases to his mates using his staff discount. Apparently stock never even makes it to the shelves — just straight out the back door. Was told no point going north lakes because there workers are doggy ….. If that’s true, that’s pretty disappointing. Regular customers line up, check daily, spend fuel money, and support the store properly — only to be told there’s “no stock” while sealed cases are being moved privately.
I went in to purchase a bra I was so disappointed in the display as they were so messy the racks need to have more space between each one as if you want to get one off the top shelf at the he back it’s almost impossible without knocking a heap of the lower ones off & the change room was full of leftover clothes it’s the worst store I’ve been in
