I went in to purchase a bra I was so disappointed in the display as they were so messy the racks need to have more space between each one as if you want to get one off the top shelf at the he back it’s almost impossible without knocking a heap of the lower ones off & the change room was full of leftover clothes it’s the worst store I’ve been in
No care factor here. I needed to make a return today - arrived at the returns desk at 12:58, there were 2 people in front of me and 2 staff serving. I thought you beauty this will be quick…. Huh ?? extremely rude staff. wouldn’t let me return a quilt cover set, because i had opened it and there was a large black stain? how would i have known there was a stain before buying? how would i have seen the stain without coming home and opening it? they shouldn’t be selling bedding with stains in the first place. one older staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. told me i couldn’t return bed linen, i asked her where that was stated, she couldn’t provide proof, because it simply didn’t exist. it’s there issue it has a st... read more
