The worse customer service. Particularly the lady with pink hair that just does not even respond to a “how are you” (let alone a smile). The young girls are always nice tho! Not always very much prepared but nicer at least
The manager called Annie would be the rudest, arrogant and nastiest person I have ever known. No way should she even be employed by Kmart. I won’t be going back again.
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a click and collect order over 6 hours ago for just two tiny items - plenty of time for it to be ready. When I arrived, the order wasn’t prepared and the staff member couldn’t have been more disinterested. I politely asked if I could just grab the items myself to save time, since they were right there and already paid for, but she refused and said it couldn’t be done.
