Terrible service from Kmart and a diabolical online ordering system! I am a pensioner and needed to buy a stick blender urgently to complete a soup that I had made for a dinner party that night. I ordered and paid for the blender online at 2:30p.m. to save time by having it ready for me to pick up. However, I waited for over 3 hours to hear from Kmart that my order was ready but no such message came through. Bought 2 “striped pop up laundry Hampers” Partner lost receipt between shopping centers. After arriving home found they did not pop up and not stable enough to suit my washing which I found not fit for purpose. Attempted to return for an exchange with another model but since loosing the receipt I was unable to do so. I had a credit card record of purchase but that was not enough.
