so disappointed in the customer service at Noarlunga- I placed a click and collect order last night and then went in at 10:30 this morning saying I’m pressed for time roughly how long will it be- the lady looked and said we don’t even have the order - I said will it be ready in the next hour I may just go get the items myself- she replied it won’t be ready as there’s only one packer in the back room. Staff member at the changing rooms (I don’t want to name them) was overworked and extremely rude… I understand why but it was embarrassing to be asked ‘and did they come with coat hangers? Then go get them please’ when I brought my clothes out in front of a bunch of people when honestly I was overwhelmed already and in a rush… I ended up leaving my basket and going home because I felt so bad about the whole thing..
Great customer service as checking out with a large item,staff member came straight over and said you don't need to lift out and processed item ,so busy so very impressed,.
