Zero customer service! Don’t get caught like I did, items not delivered and can’t get a human to talk to about it. They say I have to go to the store. I am physically disabled and use a wheelchair and to catch a taxi will cost me $60! What is the point of shopping online when the only option is to go to the store. Very unhappy Kmart! You were my first employer and now 47 years later I will no longer be shopping at Kmart
