Customer service good, got item quickly, plenty of parking late noon, easy to find most item. Minus a start due to when I picked up a click and collect during the same shop wasn’t asked for ID although I had it ready also staff weren’t really sure if they had an item when asked not sure check these 2 aisle no I’ll look it up or I’ll get someone who may know for you. Some of the older workers need to chill out, I went to Kmart this morning with my two boys and we were in the baby’s department, my son was just holding a baby toy en looking at it and this worker told him off for no reason telling him if he was going to buy the toy or he is just throwing it around when he wasn’t doing that. Then while we were leaving, the door greater lady had an elderly customer asking her a question and the worker was pulling faces and ignoring the customer. It was disgusting to watch. Pretty organised store, friendly staff. Usual kmart range
I came in tonight to grab a shirt for work tomorrow. As I’m walking to the cash register a worker with glasses and brown dark hair and an arm tattoo comes blasting around the corner screaming at me and my friend saying “we are closed “ . 3 times. It was extremely intimidating and we didn’t realise the store closed at 8. Very upset
