Wow! I have never experienced customer service like I did tonight at Kmart Narellan. Pauline and Carlie were absolutely incredible. I’m currently pregnant and was clearly struggling, and they immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. They went above and beyond to find the items I needed and thoughtfully suggested alternatives that were so helpful. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care truly stood out.
