Girl on front door was incredibly rude. No trolleys in bay so I asked if there was another trolley bay. She told me to go out into the carpark and get my own. Upon leaving the store I went to walk out and she targeted me and told me she wanted my docket to scan. She grabbed my trolley and took the reciept out of my hand. I regret using profanities at that point but she was hostile toward me when I entered and as I left. Not a great representation of the store.

What a mess this store is. First impression walking in early on a Saturday morning and there are no trolleys, very annoying!. Had to then walk out to the carpark to get a trolley. The shop looked like a bomb hit it! There was stock loosely on the floor, clothing on the floor. Stock stacked up high and wide within aisles so you couldn’t look at the product. An absolute dogs breakfast of crappy service, rude employees who have not one clue what is going on and just pure laziness!! With the exception of Odin, who is fantasyic at his job, todays experience of Kmart has been woeful. DO BETTER
