The woman at fitting rooms that took my call today around 1.30pm about my click and collect had an absolutely DISGUSTING manner. I had called to asked her if I could possibly collect my item from the back docks as i had a car full of children (a couple of children with disabilities with me) and was told "that is a firm no, company policy had changed and i MUST go into the service desk first and then could collect out the back " (which I understand) but how she proceeded to give me a lecture about how I speak to customer serv... read more
Tried to exchange pair of boots that were wrong size , didnt have receipt, customer sevice officer at front of store was an absolute rude cow , no receipt, means no refund no exchange no exceptions ! When tried to explain they were obviously still brand new and kmart brand all i got was a repeat no receipt no refund no exchange no exceptions , will never shop kmart again
Lady at the laybuy service was rude and condescending treated me as less than and I was being polite.
